100,000 New Temporary Jobs

While I’d be much happier to report that we have filled 100,000 new temp jobs in March, I am happy to see that temporary hiring is on the rise.  The US Census recently reported that approximately 300,000 jobs will be added nationwide in March.  Of those jobs, 100,000 are expected to be temporary positions.  Most opinions are pointing to that number rising in April as well.

What this tells us is that companies, those certain and uncertain of their immediate futures, are doing anything they can to acquire expertise to grow their product/service offerings and increase their competitiveness.  On a percentage basis, we are seeing these trends advancing more rapidly in MA and NH.  Since we don’t have plans to shift our focus from temporary and contract placement, we are heavily gearing up to handle the increased demand.

A special thank you to the companies and job seekers that put their faith in Alexander Technology Group to get the job done properly.

As always, happy reading.
