Jason brings over a decade of information technology industry experience to Alexander Technology Group. He is the Principal and Co-Founder of the company and is responsible for operations management and business strategy. As a result of Alexander Technology Group’s continued growth, as well as his extensive involvement in local organizations, Jason was named, by Business NH Magazine, as one of the state’s top 25 leaders for the future. In his previous Director role for an international IT consulting firm, Jason was responsible for driving consulting services business throughout northern New England where he received recognition for managing one of the company's most successful worldwide divisions. He has also played key roles as the New England Territory Manager for AppLabs, Inc. and as the Administrative Director of Sales for Amicas, Inc. Jason also earned his B.Sc. from Keene State College in Keene, NH.
Outside of company responsibilities, Jason is also actively involved in multiple local industry organizations. Paul started his career in public accounting in Massachusetts at a regional CPA firm. After earning his CPA, he joined a large specialized staffing firm in 1997 and achieved a Metro Manager role in several key New England locations. He oversaw sales and recruiting efforts for a staff of recruiters and support staff numbering over 80 people. The divisions he managed specialized in accounting and finance and administrative support. In 2005, as one of three principal owners, Paul opened an accounting/finance staffing firm – KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting. Paul has also worked as a corporate recruiter for a “Big 4” consulting firm. Paul has a B.Sc. in Accounting from Bryant College in Rhode Island.
Gary co-founded an accounting/finance staffing firm, KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in 2005 and is currently a principal owner. Previously, Gary joined a large specialized staffing firm in 1999 with a focus on the placement of senior accounting and financial project professionals. Over the next 6 years Gary was a top regional and national award winning recruiter, eventually rising to the role of Metro Manager for Consulting Services. The latter role oversaw the daily operations and staff development including individual recruiting for three business units encompassing senior accounting/finance professionals, IT and marketing/creative functions. Gary has also worked as a corporate recruiter for an international consulting firm specializing in internal audit advisory services.
Prior to his career in recruiting, Gary spent eight years at Bank of Boston in a variety of roles including business process re-design, product development, ERP implementation, financial reporting and marketing. Gary has a B.Sc. in Business Economics from Brown University in Providence, RI and a Masters in Business Administration, Finance from Boston College's Carroll School of Management in Chestnut Hill, MA.
John is Director of Recruiting for the NH territory and brings over 12 years of recruiting and sales experience to the Alexander Technology Group. He has spent the majority of his staffing career focused in the information technology and high technology fields. John most recently worked as Vice President of IT Services for a local firm responsible for Business Development, Strategy and Training of their IT Recruiting and Sales teams and delivered their most productive years in IT Services during his time there. Before that he worked his way up from an individual contributor role in a permanent placement team to Recruiting Director of the Northeast Region of a locally based and well known national staffing firm. As Recruiting Director he was part of a four person leadership team responsible for the delivery of a $100M line of business. John was selected to work very closely with executive management to re-engineer the recruiting engine for not only the Northeast Region but also their entire East Territory.
Earlier in his career John was also a corporate technical recruiter for technology companies. Working internally at these companies gave him a great opportunity to see our industry from the client’s perspective. This experience shaped a great deal of John’s client driven approach which is based on two key principals…deliver exceptional talent while providing exceptional customer service, principals that align seamlessly with the philosophy of Alexander Technology Group.
Angel is the Lead Recruiting Manager and brings over 11 years of recruiting experience, with 10 years of focused information technology recruiting and sales, to Alexander Technology Group. She has worked as Division Director for an international consulting firm, responsible for expanding the recruitment efforts and services through Northern New England while being recognized for managing one of the top 10 technology divisions worldwide. Angel has also been a corporate technical recruiter for a local healthcare services company driving the recruitment efforts to help deliver products and services to their clients. She is highly dedicated to serving local career seekers and corporate partners. Angel treats individuals’ growth opportunities and career advancement as the highest priority.
Prior to recruiting in the technology field, Angel worked in the healthcare field as an Assistant Nurse Recruiter and Training Specialist for a Southern New Jersey-based Healthcare Services Organization. Angel earned her B.Sc.in Business Management from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
